I have taken my car here for the last 9 years, do the same thing every time (make an appointment and leave to walk around). Today I did that, I didn't hear from them after an hour and a half today (August 1st 2015) I go back in and THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED!!!! I had to leave without my service because it should have never taken this long.
I've been coming to this dealer since I moved back to Canonsburg 2 years ago. They do good work at a fair price with no pressure to buy extras.
The service manager got me in the same day (I showed up without calling around 5pm) and made sure I understood what the process was.
Awesome employee before I bought my tires. 24 hours later I had a flat tire. Service not so good. Didn't have time for me. Beware service after sale not good
I had a hole in my tire (purchased at Bridgeville Firestone last year) that needed patched right away. Had to take it here due to being on my spare and not wanting to take the interstate to any other shop.
Brought my car into the store last week for a wheel alignment. Said it was going to take an hour, but took 40 minutes. Firestone offers the cheapest wheel alignment compared to pepboys and other auto services, that's why I came here. However, the next two weeks I realize they didn't do the alignment correctly. The car steering wheel does not align properly with the direction of the car. I have to turn the steering wheel toward the right in order to drive straight. I have to bring it back in to get it fixed again.
Always great service. Even when they don't have time to get me in they still somehow pull it off and have me on my way in no time
