Staff is friendly AND helpful. This store is stocked, Stocked, STOCKED with what you need. Just ask any of the courteous staff if you can't seem to find what you're looking for.
Went for a bow. Absolutly love it. They spent time and sized me up and were patient when I was learning the new generation archery.
I was waiting at the gun counter to ask about gun sights for shotguns. A customer was in front of me looking at a pistol. He tells the associate that he conceal carrys and needed a smaller gun. The customer pointed to a gun he wanted to look at. The sales associate gives the guy the pistol in the case and checks it. The customer picks the pistol up and starts to handle it then he points it down a main isle and looked down the sights. I waited for the associate to take it off of him and say something. The associate did neither. Then the customer grabs the magazine off the counter and shoves it the gun. If you were waking down the isle and saw a gun pointed at you. What would you do?
This is a very nice store. We shop here often and always enjoy our visit. The employees are typically very nice. On occasion you find one that is kind of cold but at least not rude. Great selection of goods including hunting and fishing. Easy access and great parking. Always clean.
The customer service at the archery department is amazing. They took the time to fit my wife for a bow and even had her shoot in the range to make sure everything was right
