I'd give it less stars but based on the history as I love Cracker Barrel I'm only giving it 3. We waited for over an hour for breakfast I'm not talking about eggs benedict or anything ridiculous like that I'm just talking fried eggs and bacon you figure that they would have that ready to go but no- literally it took them over an hour to serve it and once they did it was horrible not how I expected of course we get up and leave the manager comes up to us and tells us to stay because he's going to comp the bill we were like no thank you and left.
If you see April at the hostess stand, just turn around and leave. She was very rude and not the person you hope to encounter at the start of your dining experience. We almost turned around and left- actually debated it before our server showed up. The food was the same standard as any other Cracker Barrel. The antique item hanging above our table was covered in an inch of dust....love the food but the service can make or break your experience.
Worst visit to a Cracker Barrel ever. Waited almost 1 hr after being seated and ordering very quickly. Finally got up and left after we watched our waitress serve others (seated after us) their meals. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
I absolutely love Cracker Barrel! The old-fashioned general store feel is one of my weaknesses...the homeliness just draws me in. At this particularly one, the food was pretty good. It was the of the standard I'd expect from Cracker Barrel. Our waitress was so nice, but she did forget items of our meal on two separate occasions. She ensured the food was brought really quickly though as soon as we told her, so no complaints.
Quick friendly service. The food was very good. We got take out dessert. They had a blazing fire in the fireplace and gave the room great atmosphere. The menu is extensive. The food was cooked properly and not overcooked. Restrooms were clean.
