Here's the thing I want to give them more stars because the facility is clean and well run but they are extremely expensive for what they provide. Tiny little storage spaces are really expensive. That said, it is indoors and climate controlled.
The staff was really helpful. We were under some last minute time constraints and they made it easy for us to adjust our plans and still have everything we needed.
I returned the vehicle in the afternoon and Elizabeth came out immediately to check the vehicle back in.
Wonderful experience! I reserved the vehicle online the night before I needed it. In the morning Elizabeth Hertzler had the vehicle I wanted ready and processed me quickly. She was very friendly and helpful.
I will definitely use this U-Haul location again when I need to rent a vehicle!
