The Hyatt was very conveniently located next to and with a bridge attaching the hotel to the Meadows Casino. The service in the Hotel was amazing from the Staff to the amenities of which we used the Wine On The Go and the amazing full breakfast buffet. Very centrally located to all that Washington has to offer in things to do and places to eat. The security of needing a key card to access our guest floor for the most part keeps you separated from the just the Casino Guests using the Parlay Lounge, however there were a few uncomfortable situations that were the result of intoxicated casino guests... In the end I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a incredible reasonably priced place to say regards if you are going to go to the Meadows Casino or not!
I will never stay at this place again. My company had a great party at the casino. Walking from the hotel into the casino and back is extremely confusing. There are no signs to help you go in the right direction. I had a long night of drinking. I don't remember this happening. Apparently, the hotel said I walked into a door coming from the casino into the hotel. I'm guessing it is a sliding door and I thought it would open. I don't recall this even happening. However, they said I damaged the door. Okay, no problem I'll pay for it if I did. I asked to see a video of what happened. I don't remember doing it. How does the hotel even know It was me? They called one of my employees saying we have you on video damaging a door. Why didn't they call me? They would not provide the video. They also did not provide an invoice. I asked to have video/photos/invoice emailed to me. I 100% told them I don't remember this happening. There was no intention of wanting to break the door. I was clearly over served with alcohol and that is why I don't remember this happening (if it's even me) and why I would walk into a door. I've been sick for two weeks with the flu going around. I just found out that they went a head and charged my companies credit card for the damage. I'm still sick and now the credit card company shut down the card because of fraud activity from this hotel. They charged the card multiple times for different amounts on the same day apparently for the damages. Now our business is going to lose revenue because we can't pay our vendors for our daily marketing. I've had to go into work to deal with this (even though I'm extremely sick). I find the guy from the Hyatt has called my office everyday for a week straight (harassment?). Its the holidays...there is no need to call someone everyday for a week straight. People take time off etc. Unfortunately, I was out because I'm sick. Give it a few days before calling again. Totally not necessary. There was no authorization given to run the card, and now it has caused a huge mess within the company. My company card shouldn't get charged for this...me personally should be the one who pays, if it is true that I broke the door. This will turn into a bigger situation than what it needed to be. All because someone could be patient and wait for a call back. Also, all they had to do was give me proof that I did it (I specifically said email me the info to review). I'll take responsibility for a mistake (even though I'm sure there was no intention of trying to break a door) Shows the type of people running this hotel. Who knows what other issues we are going to have with a lot of our vendors being setup on automatic payments on this card. We now have to wait 4-5 business days for a new card. Huge mess this has created!!!
Great place to stay while visiting the Casino, rooms are very clean with professional staff willing to help with any need. Great location for shopping at the Outlets and many food choices found local.
This is a nice hotel. It was pretty clean and modern. The beds are comfy, but the pillows are awful. The bar was supposed to be open and there were people at the bar, but no bartender. Short but cold walk across the bridge to the casino. In an area with other businesses and very close to an outlet mall. I would stay again.
Awesome hotel with friendly staff and an extreme attention to detail. The towels, rags, bedding, etc. are all folded and placed with great detail. Covered walking bridge over to the casino which has a great steakhouse. The Continental breakfast is of the best quality I have found and has a home like/chef feel to it. The suites are amazing and huge with two curved hd TV's. There is also a nice outlet mall less than a mile away. Highly recommended for leisure or business as the conference rooms are great too.
