For the love of god, do not go here. Please, for your own benefit, find help elsewhere. There are a lot of similar places that will satisfy your needs. I went for my first intake visit today. I sat for an hour before they even looked at the sign in sheet. They were too busy eating the pizza they ordered to even speak to me. When I finally had enough, I cancelled my appointment and left. People go to a place like this to find the mental health help that they need, but I found no help here aside for one lady who was very apologetic. PLEASE FIND HELP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I don't want to throw everyone under the bus that works here, but here goes. In dealing with this racket, I encountered one employee that was very rude to me because she was having a conversation at the front desk window and instead of taking it elsewhere she told me to "get" while I was taking care of my business. Some of the employees care about their patients, but that is literally all they can do, no one here has been of any help to me despite the thousands of dollars I've spent here. They messed up on paperwork and record keeping when I dealt with them years ago and no one here can seem to figure out what is going on. I was told that they were going to call and reprimand a former employee for messing up my case years ago.(how does that help?) This place is just a mess and a disgrace to social work. I'm sure their mission is to help and care for people, but their actions and outcomes are quite the opposite.
I desperately needed help. Not sure what's wrong with my mind and emotions and was trying to get help from their therapists and hopefully their psychiatrist to find out what's wrong with me (My boss at King's in bentleyville told me it looked a lot like PTSD and that he'd prefer I didn't work at all until it's figured out.) but, after years of either watching my therapist move away or getting set up with bad therapists and case workers, I can say with utmost honesty that these people don't know how to do their job. If you value your mind and emotion, stay away from these liars and fakes.
This place was the best that happened to me the councilors were the best and explained everything and we're very prosperous
